Twin City Christian Homes (TCCH) cultivates senior living communities where dignity, mutual respect, and personal fulfillment are supported and encouraged. TCCH offers market-rate and moderate-rate rent programs, as well as one property with subsidized rents for individuals with very low incomes.

All communities owned and managed by TCCH are located in residential neighborhoods throughout the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area. They are conveniently situated near public transportation, shopping areas, libraries, clinics, banks, restaurants and parks. Every community has a skilled, full-time Housing Administrator who manages the property and supervises on-site staff to ensure that our standards are met for a high quality living environment and excellent customer service. All communities include a non-denominational chaplain who provides pastoral care and worship experiences that help foster a caring, meaningful and inspirational environment.

All senior living communities have controlled entry systems, pull-cord emergency response systems, smoke detectors and building sprinkler systems. Each community offers residents a variety of opportunities to socialize, volunteer and participate in activities and special events, while most have an Activities Coordinator and Transportation program.

TCCH operates a home care agency, as well as other supportive services such as dining programs, transportation programs, activities, and social services.
